Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another once it has been shipped.

Free Shipping (United States)

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered to the United States. B2B wholesale orders are shipped as full cartons by ocean freight, with delivery to your door (DDP, duties and taxes included).

Delivery Timeframes

Because wholesale orders travel by ocean freight, delivery times are estimates and may vary by port, customs clearance, and final destination. Please allow 25-45 days for delivery of sea freight orders. Contact us if you have a specific deadline so we can confirm the best shipping option for your order.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your shipment is on the way. Please note that ocean freight shipments may have limited tracking updates while in transit.

Customs and Duties

For shipments to the United States, customs duties and taxes are included in our DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. For shipments to other countries, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
